TJW prepared a parking analysis for North Downtown Bellflower to assist the City in evaluating current parking conditions and understand how ongoing and planned developments may affect future demand. The study reviewed overall parking patterns, identified when peak activity occurs, and verified available parking supply through field observations. TJW also considered the parking impacts of new and upcoming destinations in the area and projected how these uses may influence future parking needs. Based on this assessment, TJW provided a toolbox of recommendations to support effective parking management and continued growth within North Downtown Bellflower.
